Encore Building Services Ltd are Auckland and Bay of Plenty building specialists. A building company owned and operated by Dominic and Karina George, they excel at high-quality renovations, new builds, and other building services, such as new decks and repairs.
Since first opening the doors, their team of registered builders has been committed to providing building service of the highest quality, paying particular attention to working efficiently while keeping the lines of communication with clients clear and concise.
The mission at Encore Building Services Ltd is simple: to provide high-quality building services in a timely manner. The team caters to each project’s specific needs to ensure excellence and they build throughout the Auckland and Bay of Plenty areas.
Meet Our Team
Dominic George
Building company director, LBP and building site manager
Dominic has been in the building industry since 1995 and is a highly skilled tradesman. He has worked in both the commercial and residential building sectors in Auckland and Whangarei and is a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP). Dominic is a man who understands how building in New Zealand should be done and he delivers each project with outstanding quality.
Dominic runs the business with a hands-on approach. He is involved in every project from the beginning to the end – pricing, project management, client meetings and donning his tool belt to lead his team are all in a day’s work.
When he isn’t on the job, you can find Dominic in the gym lifting heavy weights for leisure or enjoying time with Karina and their 3 young children.
Karina George
Building company director and office manager
Karina grew up in the building industry and has expert skills in administration and finance. Karina’s focus is on communicating with clients, managing accounts and finance and making sure everything flows smoothly behind the scenes. Karina can also be seen on site cleaning up and making sure new kitchens, bathrooms and joinery are pristine and untouched by grubby hands.
When Karina isn’t in the office, or onsite, she will more than likely be training in the gym or juggling the care of her and Dominic’s 3 young children.
